Welcomed new Board members Jeff Meece, EdD., and Catherine Sanders, PhD. 






February


Executive Director Tyler L. Hough, MS selected for the Society for Experiential Education (SEE) Fellowship.






March


Hosted a group of social work students from Manchester Univeristy.

SP’23 social work student Avery Morrison shared the impact of his Chicago Center experience.

Expanded our cultural education program to include Indigenous communities.

Student Teaching alumni from the spring of 2003 reunited for the first time in 20 years.

Henry Bacolor, SU’23, shared about his summer experience interning at the Swedish American Museum and with the Chicago Center.

Expanded our partnership with Albion College to begin managing the Philadelphia Center.

Appointed legal advocate, Brady Tilghman, JD, MS, to the Board of Directors.

Honored awardees at the 2023 Global Citizenship Awards Ceremony.

Launched the Changemaker Fund in order to provide students stipends for unpaid internships.
